Returns process
We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly check and try on any ordered product as soon as it is received to ensure satisfaction with the item/s purchased.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please notify us immediately and we will remedy the situation.
In the event you’d like to return your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving confirmation from us that we can receive the return, please send to the store that dispatched your order - a return address will be provided to you via email. Items must be returned via tracked post or courier within 7 days of the original delivery date. Packages that are untracked or lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of twenty-seven names. All return shipping costs back to twenty-seven names are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the product has been received it will undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn or washed and the tags are still in place, suitable for re-sale. If goods are eligible, they will then be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the items by twenty-seven names. We will let you know when the returned goods have been received and when the refund or exchange has been processed. In the case of an exchange, you will not be charged additional delivery fees for the delivery of replacement goods.
We will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to general wear and tear. We offer a case-by-case repairs service. Visit us in store or contact us to discuss your options.
Returns and Exchanges
- Online
- Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for a store credit, exchange or refund provided they are returned within 7 working days of delivery and meet our returns criteria.
- In-store
- Full-priced items purchased in-store may be returned for a store credit or exchange provided they are returned within 14 working days of purchase and meet our returns criteria. Items purchased in store are not eligible for a refund.
- Sale items
- Sale items are not eligible for returns. Please choose your purchase carefully. All sale purchases are final.
- Afterpay
- Full-priced items purchased via Afterpay may be returned for a store credit or exchange provided they are returned within 7 working days of delivery, or 14 days of purchase and meet our returns criteria. Items purchased via Afterpay are not eligible for a refund.
